1: BAR OPTIONS
The Horse Trailer Bar
$1000 Rental Fee
​Our beautifully restored 1978 rustic flair two horse trailer is the highlight of every event. Our horse trailer bar is set up for two bartenders to pour the most delicious cocktails, tap beer, and wine. This bar is great for outdoor events and can even fit inside some venues.
The Mule Cart Pop-Up
$600 Rental Fee
​We have a variety of pop-up bars for smaller guest counts and indoor satellite locations. These bars add a modern and sleek flair to your party! This is a great option for events that don’t have the space for our horse trailer bar or for large events that need a second or even third bar location. This bar can be inside or outside to keep the party going year round!
Bartending Services
Starting at $300
​Are you hosting your wedding or event at a venue that already has an existing bar onsite? This is the package for you! Get all of the benefits of The Mule Cart Mobile Bar service from behind the venue's existing bar.Any kind of bar menu package is available for us to serve up to your guest.
The Coffee Trailer Bar
$1500 Rental Fee
​This coffee bar is a great addition to any large scale event. Weather you want to offer something for people to purchase on their own or have a non-alcoholic bar option. We can make anything your heart desires!
Option 1:
Basic
Pricing: $1 per guest, per hour with a minimum of 4 hours + $350/bartender.
Bookings start with 4 hours of service, additional hours or bartenders is available for $50 per additional hour, per bartender up to 6 hours total.

What We'll Serve: This package is for the service of beer, wine, champagne, hard seltzers, and nonalcoholic canned beverages.
​
What It Includes: We provide clear cups, beverage napkins, coke, diet coke, ginger ale, sprite, a custom menu, water, tea, lemonade and ice.

Note: This package requires a second bartender for guest counts over 75 guests. $2 per mile of travel after first 20 miles each way.

Add On Option: Coffee, Cocoa, Hot Cider available upon request $150 additional cost.
Option 2:
Mid​
Pricing: $2.25 per guest, per hour with a minimum of 4 hours + $350/bartender.

Bookings start with 4 hours of service, additional hours or bartenders is available for $50 per additional hour, per bartender up to 6 hours total.

What We'll Serve: This package is for the service of beer, wine, champagne, seltzers, nonalcoholic beverages, and standard mixed drinks.
​
What It Includes: We include, club soda, coke, diet coke, tonic, ginger ale, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice.
- The nonalcoholic ingredients can be used to serve alone or to mix with liquor for cocktails. We also include clear cups, fresh lemons, fresh limes, beverage napkins, straws, water, lemonade, tea, ice, and a custom menu.
Note: This package requires a second bartender for guest counts over 50 guests. $2 per mile of travel after first 20 miles each way.

Option 3:
Fully Loaded
Pricing: $3 per guest, per hour with a minimum of 4 hours + $350/bartender.
Bookings start with 4 hours of service, additional hours or bartenders is available for $50 per additional hour, per bartender up to 6 hours total.
What We'll Serve: This package includes everything in Option 2 , fresh ingredients, and premium garnishes for two bespoke cocktails.
What It Includes: Our third option menu includes an array of options that can double as mocktails. Have a signature cocktail in mind? Just send us the recipe and we will be happy to serve your favorite recipe instead!
